The Officer Selection Team here truly exemplifies what it is to be diligent, hard working, and dedicated. The OSO and team truly care about their candidates and will provide valuable guidance throughout each individual's application process. Be ready to take extreme ownership and hold yourself to the highest standard physically, mentally, and spiritually.
I have nothing but good things to say about the team up in Salt Lake—they have become some of my biggest mentors and supporters. For anyone who’s looking to serve others at the greatest capacity, look no further.
The Officer Selection Team has always been polite and punctual with communications. The office is clean and organized. It's a great place to learn more about becoming a Officer in the Marine Corps.
