I highly recommend this place if you are looking for pole classes. The atmosphere is chill.
Amazing experience all around. Great routine, great instructor and impeccable vibes.
Katrina’s class is my favorite here! She walked me through what heels to get to really progress in exotics! I love how inclusive and welcoming all the instructors and owners are! There are a variety of different cultures of folks attending here and everyone is included and safe! The instructors really look out for you! There’s an abundance of loaner items, such as knee pads, yoga mats, yoga blocks, liquid chalk for grip, and more. I love the variety of different classes offered here. If you have the backstage pass you can access the space at your convenience.
Did a drop-in class while I was visiting from out of state for a conference. It's close to downtown - 6-7 minute Uber ride, but probably scooterable in warmer weather. I like that there are many class options on a weekday, which worked with my long work schedule. I took the liquid motion class which was a lot of fun and true to the style. We got to learn a short combo and use our creativity to freestyle in and out of the combo. Which, personally, I think is the best way to learn and build muscle memory, especially if you're a performer. The studio space is large and offers a lot of different classes and aerial options (silks, lyra, pole, sling yoga, etc.), as well as floor work. The floor is the coolest part and as a first time visitor, it was definitely the "wow" factor. I won't ruin it for you! Come check it out for yourself! Mel, one of the owners and my instructor for the class I took, was very welcoming and helpful. She texted me the details and answered my questions before the class. I have had experiences where some studios don't respond to inquiries nor allow visitor drop-ins because they can't verify skill level. So this was definitely a much better and more welcoming experience. I'll definitely be back when I visit SLC again and check out the other classes! You should, too!
Fun studio with great vibes! Highly recommend taking a beginner class to get the feel for the place. I can't wait to go back!
