Do not send people here, this is a cult. I was there for three months. Brainwash is what they do… I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. The staff are NOT Professionals! There medical team is not certified. They don’t believe in mental health nor believe in recovery. They want people from off the streets to work for them. In exchange of having housing I have left three months ago and went back to treatment and I have 6 months sober. Do NOT send people here. They told me I would have contact with my family after 3 months as soon as three months hit, Jeff klam told me that I would not talk to them for the next two years. They sit there and scream at you when you don’t do what they want how they want it. They make you clean for hours at a time for making a mistake. They don’t even believe in emotions being real, they tell you to suck it up when you are feeling down about missing your family. They don’t allow you to talk about anything unless it’s with a mentor. You get in trouble for even looking do the opposite sex. They also told me I wasn’t even allowed to talk about me being gay. I was not allowed to even speak about it. You can’t even talk about people’s tattoos. You CAN not express yourself willing. This PLACE IS A CULT AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

For anyone old enough to remember the hustling, glory days of Pete Rose, they will want to work with Other Side Movers. Alec, Justin, Trevor and Fabian did an outstanding job in an incredibly short period of time. Looking forward to working with them again.

When my mother died and I needed to clear out her apartment in a senior living community quickly, the Other Side Academy kindly made adjustments to put me on their schedule for the next morning. Kerry and Riley were the "moving team" and they were outstanding. They communicated with me throughout the process and were prompt and friendly.

Jacob & Kerry are incredible, inspiring, engaging hard hard workers who just cleared out a roomful of donations from my flat. They shared some of their story with me while they worked and it was clear that they are both individuals who grow positively with each day. Their personal growth is palpable. I am enriched from having met them & will endeavour to pay it forward whenever the opportunity arises
