I’m graduating in a couple of weeks and I just wanted to express how grateful I am for this school. I have started my own business using the skills I have learned that has made me a good bit of money before graduation even. The mentors and people I have met here have changed the trajectory of my career in such amazing ways. If you are going into tech at all I highly recommend this school. It’s so nice to be done within 3 years. I would not recommend this school for anyone who doesn’t exactly know what they want to do yet, lazy people, or people that complain all of the time. I notice those who don’t like Neumont have at least one, if not all three of those traits in common. I’m actually an alumni because my dad went here as well. He is doing more than fine. I have four months until I’m graduated and I have gotten more than 10 job offers. I will say I put in the work though. Go to as many tech, business, and networking events as possible. Really work on your people skills and you’re going to be doing great things! Llama for life! Love this school.
Amazing school. Historic building! Dedicated students!! Fantastic downtown location!!! 🏙
-TLDR, come here if you're ready and responsible enough to buckle down and learn a LOT of good things and make big career connections.- This is a great school that will get you up into advanced tech fields by working you HARD and FAST. You will get unbeatable IT network connections to big companies and insights, especially from their own in-house hosted tech talks from companies like Sony Entertainment and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to name a few. They try their best to help you if you're new and willing to work hard- but do NOT come here if you have low work ethic, are addicted to video games, or if you're even unsure about a tech career, especially if you're fresh from High School. Do not get into $80,000 of debt all because it was your fault for not being ready like me at first. If in doubt, wait first or try testing your knowledge by getting a basic technology certification you have to pay money for like any of Microsoft's if you want to try the waters. The opportunities plug you into big careers is incredible and the kids I learned with were straight up geniuses. Parting notes: Get CE certificates while you're learning here to get the upper-edge against other job applicants. This is a school that specializes IT so you will pay high prices to be in high places and their GE classes are bent towards IT which is great since traditional college GE classes are boring and worthless. Also, despite what marketing tells you, there is NO alumni support. Kinda bummed being lied to about that, so minus one star.
