THE BEST IN RHODE ISLAND. 10/10Rae is a phenomenal owner, instructor and mentor. She helped me elevated my skills and venture out into the F&B Industry. The school has a real life bar for practice. The materials are more than enough to teach you all you'll ever need. The school is excellent for everyone, beginner, intermediate and even experts looking to brush up on skills or aquire more skills and knowledge. She even offers internships to help yoy transition into the industry. If you're serious about bartending and elevating your life, start here.
We took a short cocktails class. Fun, relaxed class with a very approachable vibe. It’s a great experience for someone who has never made cocktails before and wants a low-pressure introduction. While I didn’t learn as much as I expected about true mixology — the alchemy of flavors, aromas, and professional techniques — I did learn how to properly measure ingredients and make several cocktails by following recipes step-by-step. If you’re looking for a deep dive into flavor theory or advanced bartending skills, I would suggest the more comprehensive courses they offer. It was an enjoyable way to spend an evening, try new flavors and build some confidence behind the bar. Thanks Rae!
Rea is the Best! The class was fun and I really learned a lot.if your a bartender of just someone who wants to learn how to make drinks this is the place.
What a great mixology school. I love knowing that i was taught by someone who graduated from the same school, purchased it, and then highly refined it. That alone was inspiring. The school was great, fun, and very educational on spirits. Curriculum is set to pass you if you follow instructions to a tea. I recommend this school to anyone wanting to learn to be a step further than a “bartender”, a mixologist if you will !
Rae is an excellent teacher who runs a tight ship. She expects excellence and these standards fully prepare you for the bartending world! The school is well connected and has a network of job opportunities upon graduation.
