The customer service over the phone was terrible!! The woman was rude and rushed through the call , very disappointing!!
I spoke with Tammy twice. She is incredibly rude and acts as though she hates her job. It's terrible that us as parents trying to maintain our kids welfare, have to deal with such a person!
I was inquiring about summer work as a driver from another city. The woman on the other end was not very friendly. I was actually contemplating on driving for this city but now I changedy mind.
Bus driver holds done their horn and pushes drivers to the curb while making an illegal lane change in the middle of a turn. When I called after being shaken up from being bullied by a 30-40 ft vehicle with kids in my car, the supervisor had zero empathy and hung up the phone. Have little faith they’ll do anything about it other than look at the tape and laugh.
Don’t ever let your kids ride on these buses. My kids ride bus 568 & were dropped off to an active crime scene with an ACTIVE SHOOTER and left with no parents present among a few other kids who also didn’t have parents present because the street was blocked off and we couldn’t even get to the bus stop, the transportation supervisor said that she followed procedure leave”protocol” so that’s protocol you guys follow? Dropping kids off to an active shooter situation? They are clearly trying to cover their own ass probably because they’re already short staffed. You guys are a joke this will not go unheard though believe me!!!!
