I was extremely thankful to get a last minute appointment. I usually dye my own hair. This time I went with a medium blonde instead of light blonde and it made my hair way more golden than I anticipated. My roots were darker so as you can imagine my roots took even more of the golden/ orange tone. Then main thing I wanted was to have the orange tone gone. It was recommended by the stylist to strip my hair. I was not confident but I decided to trust the process. Long story short, in came out way MORE orange. She also put a blue toner in my hair (something I recommend not being a professional but just desperate to get ride of the orange). The toner didn't touch my roots almost left a band of a darker greyish blue in the middle of my hair. I was devastated and I left looking worse than when I arrived. I am leaving 2 stars just because the young lady was very sweet and for that reason I am not putting her name.
Excellent service and Nyla gave me an exceptional cut. I’ll gladly stop by again!
Very friendly place, and not overpriced at all like most typical salons. They do wonderful with my whole family, especially my kids.
