If you need boots stop here! The owner is old school, knows his shoes/boots and how to fit you properly!!! Very friendly also. Don’t worry if he is helping you and moves on to another person as he is a master at multi tasking. Five different people when I was in store and he handled us all by himself interacting with all of us constantly. I have had redwings for 40 years and used to old school service. That’s exactly what this store is. Stop by, you will not be disappointed!!
Outstanding service and a level of shoe and foot knowledge that I didn’t think still existed! I needed specific-colored boots for work, and I have troublesome feet. Joel was super helpful on both counts! If you haven’t spent a lifetime working on your feet and making numerous trips to the podiatrist, you may not know as much about boots and foot pain as I do. The pressure plate and camera system we used came back with exactly the information that my doctor had told me, and Joel recommended a pair of boots that will pass at work and felt pretty great right out of the box. I only bought the boots today, so I can’t speak to their longevity yet. However, the service was superior, and I won’t hesitate to go back for my next pair. If you’re old enough to remember when specialty retailers were experts in their products and good customer service was the norm, this is the place to buy your next pair of boots!
My wife and I stopped in today for some boots and was greeted by Joel. I first want to say that this was a planned visit with intention set out for Vesque hiking boots, in my mind the best I’ve ever found. After 6 years it was time for a new pair. Second I have to speak of the service. After a day of shopping the outlet malls across the street we had dealt with many different sales associates and customer service employees, Joel’s kindness and expertise in product was by far the best of the day, if not the best I’ve ever had. Joel thank you, not only did you gain a life time customer but I will recommend this store and your service to anyone!
Joel was super helpful on helping me get a nice fitting pair of quality boots and made any of my guess work easy! Will be heading back there when the time comes
