Dusty, Carter, and Ian provided the best moving experience we could have asked for. From start to finish, their communication was exceptional and they kept us informed throughout the entire process, even calling when they were leaving and again 10 minutes before arriving, which we really appreciated. They were punctual, professional, and showed up exactly when they said they would. What stood out most was how respectful they were not only of us as customers, but of our furniture and our home. They handled everything with care, were incredibly polite, and went above and beyond to be accommodating. Anytime I asked them to move or adjust something, they happily did so with a positive attitude. Moving can be stressful, but Dusty, Carter, and Ian made it a genuinely positive experience. They brought ease, professionalism, and kindness to what could have been a chaotic day. We would highly recommend Midwest Moving Company, and especially this team, without hesitation. They shattered the handle on our dresser during the move and we were forced to jump through a ton of email hoops with claims only to be completely ghosted and never compensated despite paying for the protection plan and doing everything they asked. Hire them at your own risk because it’s highly likely that they will break your things and you will never see any of that money back. That dresser was expensive and brand new from the store only purchased a few months ago and I would not recommend them if you want your things or property to stay safe and undamaged. They also damaged our walls and broke one of our ceiling lights but I was being kind enough to not include the property damage in the claim and just wanted the compensation for the dresser that they broke. The movers themselves were unprofessional and kept asking for refreshments throughout the move, even though we had nothing to give them because we were in the middle of moving with everything packed and put us in an awkward position both at the original location and where we moved to. It was the first time I’ve ever hired movers, and I am greatly disappointed in the experience that I had and likely will never be doing so again. My parents had a much better experience with two men in a truck and I wish I went with them instead.

We have used Midwest Movers for two moves & we couldn’t be more pleased! Fast, efficient & affordable are the top three words that come to mind. We moved my senior parents from a house to assisted living and again to another location. The moving crew is top notch, respectful, helpful & saved us from many potential headaches. I recommend Midwest Movers to anyone looking to move from home to home, or apartment to apartment, or any combination.
