Retirement Office
Today’s experience was a surprise, I have always had great things to say about how nice and fast working the people are in this office. The actions shown today was terrible. I was placed on hold and I didn’t mind holding on for a long time but what happened next was that they just hung up on me, when I tried to reach back out because I needed information they would pick up and hang up. This happened 5 times, I recorded this because I could believe it. I called back multiple times because it is very important to get this information to my school. Absolutely unprofessional, I live out-of-town so coming into the office was not an option, I can not continue my entrance into college with out getting some information. A request of my documents online has been placed and I have a confirmation email so I hope no retaliation occurs and they ignore my request, I hope these unprofessional employees do their job correctly and hope this never happens to anyone else it’s sad because they represent an important business in Washington.
