On each of my visits here the front desk personnel have always been so nice, helping with any questions and trying to make schedules that will work for the patient. The staff and students are exceptional in both the knowledge and procedures that are needed. I've been going to dentist all my life and I am more satisfied with the ones here than any that I have seen in the past 72 years! Thank you ECU School of Dentistry for your dedication and education of these young people.
Left message they never returned call. When we finally fot someone on the phone they said they are not taking patients, even though a sign is up that they are taking new patients. They said they are NOT allowed to take the sign down.
Take their state and federal funding away. With that being said, the students are great. Just don't rely on Rhonda to help you with financing help, unless you already have the money to pay. My insurance wouldn't cover dentures until a few month, so I was ignored and treated with promises that she did not follow through with. They take federal and state funds and yet treat the needy patient with no respect. At the end of the day, they are just in it for the money. Through the pain of tooth lose and without the ability to chew food, I'll remember them and their lack of compassion. I've also noticed that the university's response to all negative reviews are "sorry" and "talk to the business manager". Where's the "business manager" located ? He/she should be seeing these issues on their own, the office isn't that big. I figure it's time to start filing complaints to your government representatives and stop the university's government funding. That might wake them up and get them started on correct path. And don't post any negative reviews about the Brunswick County office, the business manager will send you a letter telling you that you are no longer welcomed and no longer a patient. Mind you, I was never rude or disrespectful to any student or staff member except here in a review. I believe their actions of handling this is not professional, just vindictive. I sincerely hope they don't teach this type of response to their students
My girlfriend and I go to the dental school everybody's been fantastic are dental assistant Aubrey is an excellent dentist in person
Always been great, good staff, explains everything they do so that I can understand. Not like some places, you have to come home and google everything to understand what they said or did. Staff and facility clean and friendly.
