I was extremely excited to continue my degree at SNHU. Upon starting the program, I lost my job twice. I had to step away from the academics because my focus was finding a job and maintaining my health (breast cancer). I saw that I owed over thousand of dollars even though FAFSA should have covered it. Two months later, not thinking about it because I am looking for a job, I receive a call from the collection agency. They attempted to verify my information which I quickly corrected that it was wrong. Through email exchanges I was told that I was misinformed. After back and forth with both the school and collection agency/department, I wasn't getting anywhere. I felt like they gas lighted me. I have been a victim of identity theft as well so as soon as I heard the information, I panicked and acted right away. Instead of sending an audit, they requested that I complete a student dispute form. They were supposed to send an email to the student email but I did not receive it. Up until this time, I was locked out of my email and portal. Just be careful if you decide to leave. I have never dealt with a school like this. NEVER.
I had an incredible experience at SNHU! The university truly awakened my potential, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to pursue my bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in Mental Health. The journey wasn't easy, but with focus and dedication, I was able to push myself to new heights and achieve my goals. The professors at SNHU were outstanding supportive, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping students succeed. I'm looking forward to commencement and can't wait to apply my skills and knowledge in the real world. If you're considering SNHU, I highly recommend it.
I am on my third term here so far and my experience here has been absolutely amazing!
