Julie is the best hands down
I accidently ordered the wrong size shirts for my kids' school fundraiser (adult instead of youth sizes). I called and asked if it was possible to get the correct sizes remade. They remade them at no charge. I called on a Tuesday and had the correct shirts by Friday. Great customer service too - they answered the phone quickly, were able to pull up my order details automatically just via my caller ID info, and both called and emailed me when the shirts were ready for pick up.
