Yaslin was AWESOME and amazing
I love that place and they have very good students and instructors and I am very happy with their work and very nice.
It never fails, where I go to get my hair done and NEVER get why I ask for. Went in on a Saturday, they told me they couldn’t give me what I want bc for why I was asking, I would have to sit in the chair all day. I wanted all of my hair to be one even in the lighter side of brown. I have different colors in my hair, so yes that was expected. Come Monday, I explained I wanted a lighter brown with money pieces. I heard them talking about covering up my grays, which yes, I knew that would have to be done. We finally agreed on a color. Once I had the color in, I noticed they were only touching up my grays. When I asked when would she put the rest of my color in for the rest of my hair, she said that wasn’t planned. Teacher came and told me that “she wasn’t upset with me” that I must of not explained that I wanted my whole hair bleached. But that I would have to book another appointment bc that would take too long. Everytime I have gotten my hair done at xenon, it’s not remotely close to what I ask for and I strongly believe it has a lot to do with the teachers. They are not trying to correct the students. They just want you out of there as soon as possible. And they will tell you how good it looks so you could be satisfied instead of correcting the students and telling them where it could have gone better.
Hailey (Senior Cosmetology) gave me the most relaxing facial! I have many allergies and extremely sensitive skin. She went the extra mile to be triple sure I could actually do a facial without any irritation. I can’t remember a time I’ve been more relaxed. My skin looks and feels amazing!! Even my toddler grandchildren noticed a difference. They’ve been petting my face for a week now 🙄 telling me, “Mimi you’re face is so soft and boootiful”. Those are honestly the true critics 💁🏼♀️. This experience was beyond amazing! Facials will be another service routinely prebooked. Hailey made sure I was as comfortable as possible through the entire process giving me an amazing experience. She didn’t hesitate to ask questions or reconfirm each step, product and equipment used. Katie (Esthetics) who sat in for this service was also extremely pleasant and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend/refer both students for any service. Very professional and dedicated to client satisfaction. CAREY
