Food was fabulous! Great drink selection!
We had a group of 20. Dylan was our server. He did amazing! He had a plan & he stuck with it. He paid attention and kept the drinks coming! The kitchen was on point too. I would say at least half of us ordered steaks of some kind & they all come out perfectly cooked. Other staff members made appearances too, running food, drinks, & clearing plates. Beautiful team work! Thanks for a great meal!!
The food here is exquisite. The service couldn't be better. Our server Jaycee and our cook stood above others I've come in contact with. The perfectly seasoned charbroiled half pound crispy bacon cheeseburger was amongst the best I’ve had in 20 years. No joke. The chefs are proud and do an exceptional job! The attention to detail and taste was really something to grin and think about for the rest of the evening. I've never witnessed a more organized and choreographed bunch of cooks than any other place I’ve observed. Really impressed is an understatement. The desert was phenomenal as well. I highly suggest visiting the Black Canyon Bistro and you be the judge.
Great live music on this Sunday night. A good variety of seating to be close or farther away and more quiet. Dylan is a very attentive server even in the midst of a very busy time with what looked like a full house. The food was outstanding. The elk stroganoff was made with campanelle pasta, which was the perfect consistency and style for the meat texture and to hold the tasty sauce. The Small Plate of brussels was actually enormous and delicious. Don't miss the warm butter cake with salted caramel.Ice cream and warm caramel sauce. The cake is prettier than that, but I dug into it before I took a picture of its whole beautiful round shape and presentation.
The food was great and we were so thankful for the gluten free options. The staff was very friendly too!
