The staff at this location were kind and helpful, and everything was clean and they were very organized. Overall, it was a great experience. I’m not sure why an employee at the Poplar Bluff DMV felt the need to shout across their waiting room that this was a “bad location,” because that wasn’t my experience at all.
I live a block away and I'll drive to Malden just to not have to deal with those people I would walk it I had to. If you need anything and they can find a way not to give it to you they will. Rude unprofessional and in a just world they would all be unemployed. Trash.
Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had. Called up there and it rang until voicemail. Called up there again and they declined my phone call twice. When I got my drivers license 6 years ago it was still the worst service I’ve ever had. I think they must pride themselves on how shitty their staff is.
