I have never rented a car before so coming here seemed a little daunting. However, Ben made the process very easy and informative. Highly recommend renting from this place!
Editing to add new info: I left a very expensive bracelet at this establishment and I have been getting the run around. Asked Ben and he said it wasn’t there and he hadn’t seen it. However, he made a phone call to me that same afternoon. In the process of getting a police report to obtain the footage. Editing to respond: I have rented with Enterprise several times and you are assuming I did not qualify because you did not give me sufficient time to produce my details. Along with that, Ben lied like he was on his lunch break when we had already reserved for that time. How could you have been on a break? While I did not rent through Mobyl (thankfully) and ultimately went with Enterprise (they had cars thankfully), I can confidently say that I wouldn’t recommend a dog to drive any of your vehicles. I understand why there are a few bad reviews. See how you only responded to me, though? Obviously, he will try to be on his best behavior now. Don’t do it guys because—Ben was absolutely terrible! Accused my family and I of smelling like cigarette smoke and we have never touched that a day in our lives. Projecting much? Also claimed he was on his lunch break even though that was my BOOKING time! Made us leave the office with an infant and left 30 seconds after and sped off. Unprofessional. Rude. Racist. Don’t go…. not worth the experience.
