I absolutely love HOTWORX! As a functional medicine provider, I know how important detox, lymphatic support, and nervous system regulation are for overall health, and the infrared workouts here help support all three. I feel more energized, balanced, and notice the benefits to my body’s natural cleansing processes. I recommend all my patients join because combining the infrared sauna with exercise is such a powerful way to support wellness. My only wish is that the showers and bathrooms used “clean” products free of endocrine-disrupting chemicals, since that would align even better with the detox benefits of the saunas. Even so, the workouts are efficient, the environment is welcoming, and HOTWORX has become an essential part of my health routine. Highly recommend!
I went for a complimentary session today and was very impressed! If you value privacy and want a great workout that really makes you sweat, I highly recommend giving HOTWORX a try.
First time here! Tried the hot Pilates experience for 15 minutes. I felt the burn all over; however, I had signed up for Yoga. But, it was a good first time experience for Pilates. Definitely coming back.
