Fun! Watercolor painting class...Knowledgeable instruction.
I took a pierogi making class. Alex was a knowledgeable, friendly instructor or who proficiently walked our class thru every step. I can't wait to take the summer pierogi class. I'd suggest signing up early as the classes fill up and there is limited space available. And bonus!!!! We got to sample our cooking!
I loved the crop art class I took at Marine Mills. The staff was friendly, and the guest instructor was fantastic and very knowledgeable. I’m looking forward to taking more classes there!

I've gotten to take a wonderful variety of classes and always meet friendly, fun people! I've taken crop art, mushroom foraging and snowshoe lacing, among others. The instructors are knowledgeable and approachable, and I always leave feeling energized about learning something new and meeting great people. The folk school is a great community resource for locals, but it's also close enough to the Twin Cities to draw people up to the beautiful river valley to learn and connect.
