Choosing Link Aviation was one of the best decisions I have made. Dirk Becker was my CFI and blew my expectations out of the water. He was always professional and easy to get along with. Every portion of training was at the pace I needed. I came in very unsure about flying and left a confident pilot.
Dirk worked with me so well!! He really understands how each person learns differently, and caters his teaching to each individual! He knows his stuff, and was a great instructor! He had to teach me in two different planes over two different summers and didn’t falter once. He got me the most prepared for my checkride and I passed first try!
I started my private pilot with Dirk in June of 24 and finished in November of 24 , even with taking a month off from flying to work out of town. Dirk was very accommodating and flexible with my schedule. Dirk was easy-going when he need to be and pushy when I need it. Can't wait to start my instrument and or comercal. (Always more right rutter)

I was passing through town and decided to get some training while I was here, and that was a great decision. Dirk is a fantastic instructor. He’s very patient and teaches real stick and rudder skills, and instills an understanding of why you’re doing what you’re doing in the air, instead of just giving you procedures out of a big book. I will happily come back the next time I’m in town
