My family and I have been with La Petite since 2022. As a parent, I can truly say that staff truly cares about their students. My child has received amazing care since infancy. Each stage, they have provided appropriate academic and social emotional learning curriculum. They've done an excellent job in providing family engagement opportunities like conferences, holiday parties, art shows, etc. I'm really going to miss La Petite on 6th once my child ages out of daycare!
The Director is fantastic, very easy going, easy to talk to, and cares about her job. The teachers are helpful and are good role models for my child. They communicate about my child day and what they are working on so we can assist with learning at home. We have used La Petite for both of our children but the daycare on 6th st has a well rounded team to help support my child in her growth and development.
It is so hard as a new mom to leave your baby at daycare for the first time but we have been relieved with several features at La Petite after being referred by a friend whose children attended. You can check on your baby by live-streamed cameras when they are checked in, and they put pictures and updates in the app throughout the day. Ms. Anahi and Ms. Lucie have been especially kind and caring to our baby.
WOW- I can't say enough about this school! Excellent staff & teachers that make you and your child feel like home. 🏠 They practice so many activities with our kids & even have an app *Sprout About* that informs you of all activities they have done and are doing that day. Included is a live camera in each classroom to check to see how your kid doing and pictures throughout the day. There is also updates on the app for things like breakfast snack and lunch ( how much or little they ate), bathroom ( whether they went or not or was wet or dry) and changed, and nap time ( start & finish). I have enjoyed seeing my child learn and grow here with people I now call family! Thank you so much La Petite (6th Street). You guys are the BEST!!!
As a teacher and a parent, I have been impressed with La Petite. The staff is friendly, my child’s teacher, Mr. Billy, is excellent and has been essential when trying to teach her how to use the potty, the hours are very convenient, and we greatly appreciate their No media policy. I highly recommend this place for your toddler.
