Lived here for a whole semester and loved it! The HERE is very convenient location wise. Located on campus so very convenient to getting to classes. Also located right next to the football stadium which was awesome!! The HERE has a patio area with a pool, hot tub, outdoor grilling and sitting area. Loved “tailgating” out there with my friends before football games and just walking a literal one minute walk to the stadium. The front desk people are very helpful and caring. Anytime I had an issue they would help me right away and were immediately were trusted people I could rely on if I had any issues with anything related to the HERE. Maintenance is very helpful as well, they would come as soon as they could and fix the situation right away. The HERE also has multiple study rooms that I used frequently and also has a gym room which I also used frequently. Overall a great place to live and has many positives!!! If you’re thinking about living at the HERE, this is your sign!!
Wow... Summer Nichols... where do I start. She gave the best customer service possible and helped me with every question I had flawlessly. She is truly a top-tier worker and who I consider as the GOAT Lawrence, Kansas worker.
