I like to lift at this location. 4 power racks, 3 platforms. Dumbbells up to 145. Full size pool, I don't use much. Steam room in the locker room, haven't used it much. Dry sauna in the pool area, it's very small and doesn't work consistently. Also hard to keep heat up with people coming and going since it's so small and is open to whole gym

Great place to workout. They have ALL the equipment needed, both free weights and hydraulic. If you need help just ask, they're are there to help anytime. It's a clean, well maintained business. Nice area. The pool is clean. Everything is clean, lots of cleaning spray bottles are everywhere.

The high price of membership is included in my review, since a higher cost should result in a better experience. This gym has good variety in terms of the type of equipment and the classes offered. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. There seems to be a need for a larger or another free weight/open area for individual exercises, as any available open areas get crowded fast during peak times. People waiting for classes sometimes hang out in these areas, further restricting their use. During off times, there are a couple of nice open rooms to exercise away from the large weight areas. I knocked two stars off for ongoing issues with cleanliness and machine maintenance. I’ve been coming here for about a year and there are obvious clumps of dust and dirt build up on equipment, the floors, the walls, in lockers, and around vents and ceilings. It just feels gross. I’ve seen dead bugs, including cockroaches, in some areas. When it comes to machine upkeep, all machines seem to be missing the small pins to add 5 or 10 pounds before going up to the next big weight interval. Machines will be out of commission for weeks at a time. About half the treadmills on the second floor seem to not turn on or have a screen that says to find a different one. Not all water fountains work and are difficult to use for water bottle refill. For the cost of membership, especially in comparison to Crunch or Planet Fitness here in town, I would expect a better experience.

They definitely need to improve maintenance, because this keeps happening. On the other hand, the same issue recently occurred with the biceps machine, and once it was fixed, the padding got damaged again, even scraping the skin around the elbows. Considering that during peak hours there is already limited availability of machines, how is it possible that there are always one or more out of service? This makes the overall workout experience less than ideal.
