On the other hand, ❌ Beware from Suman Enterprises ❌ Be careful, be careful✔️ On 11/07/2025, I purchased 2 models of aquaguard enrich vector 2x together from Suman Enterprises shop in Bankura, West Bengal through an authorized sales person on 12/07/2025. 16500/- + some hidden charges. The sales man came to my house, checked the TDS and suggested me a machine, I installed that machine. He told me "If you install this machine, you will get full Bisleri, if you buy it, you will get water like this company". I want to know if there is any "hidden cost or need to install a TDS regulator" He said "You don't need to do anything with the TDS you have, trust us, but you can install it if you want, but the company does not allow anyone to install it now". TDS regulator did not say anything like that. After buying the machine, a problem started with the raw water in one of the machines. The water is thick and there is no water test (50-60 people who came to the home program gave bad reviews after eating it) and the tds level was coming up to 35-40. After 7-8 days of complaining, the technician came to the house and asked to install a TDS regulator. And said that it would cost 500 taka. When I called the shopkeeper, he asked to talk to the salesman. The shopkeeper did not give any good answer. On 11/07/25, the salesman himself said that according to WHO, drinking 50-150 tds water is not safe, neither below nor above. But today, 29/07/2025, he is standing here completely denying that and saying that WHO is telling him to drink water up to 20 tds. Later, according to the technician's report, I contacted Suman Sales again and there I was misled in various ways. When I tried to point out their mistake, they treated me badly. He said - Suman - Our machine can hold water up to 20 TDS. He learned from WHO. As long as there is a problem in the body, drink it until then, nothing will happen. Me - I want proof, give proof. Suman - Even though he gave some information from different AIs, he could not give correct information. And he suggested that he cannot say anything more than this, the sales person knows everything. Talk to the sales person about TDS. Me - What should I do if the sales person is asking for money..!! Suman - I cannot tell you what is the proof that he is asking for that money..!! Me - When your salesman spoke to me, your man was Shuvro Neel, ask him. Suman - I do not want to listen to Shuvro Neel, he is an employee of my shop and I am the owner. Listen to what I am saying. Me - Technician says that the TDS level in normal water is 80-95% lower than that when this RO machine is installed, the TDS is reduced by 80-95%. Suman - Technician says, why are you telling the customer the opposite!! There is no such rule, our machine is not like this. Doesn't Paltan give you proper training or not..!! Don't you know anything or not..!! Me - Leave all this, what are you saying about installing TDS regulator? Suman - I am telling the technician that he will install it if you want or not, you will pay or not. He hangs up the phone and then calls many times but does not answer. Even if he answers once, he treats me badly. When I call again next time, Suman Babu tells me that you have been given the machine for a very low price. You got what you want, we don't need such customers. You hang up the phone, I don't know anything. Don't call again. Talk to the salesman. Aren't you ashamed that you don't want to pay a small amount for getting a machine at such a low price. This kind of conversation continues. The extremely misbehaved kore hangs up the phone again. 1. Can a person from a big and reputable company like Aquaguard misbehave with a customer like this? He first raised questions about my education by messaging me on Whats app, how can he do this? Is he an educated and civilized person..?? ✔️✔️All the people of Bankura should be careful of people like this. ✔️✔️
